What's your sizing policy if I'm between sizes?

Most of our staff size up half on sneakers and down on Carhartt-style workwear. If you're unsure, message us with your usual size in a brand you own and we'll give you a real recommendation — not just a generic chart.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Core pieces like the 501s, Better Sweater, and Air Max 90s restock every 2–4 weeks. Limited drops and seasonal colorways usually don't return — hit the 'notify me' button to be first in line if they do.

How does shipping work?

Orders over $75 ship free in the US. Standard shipping is 3–5 business days; we offer 2-day at checkout for $12. International shipping is calculated at checkout and usually arrives within 7–14 days.

Can I return something I've worn outside?

Unfortunately no — returns need to be unworn with tags attached, within 30 days. We do offer free try-on returns, so feel free to try things on indoors and send them back if the fit isn't right.

Are your products authentic?
